Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses across India. If you experience issues selecting your location at checkout, please contact our support team at support@flojo.shop.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable domestic carriers. Delivery estimates below are indicative and may vary by pin code and carrier:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Typically 4–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (where offered): Typically 1–3 business days.

These are estimates — actual delivery times depend on the destination, carrier performance, public holidays, and unforeseen events. Flojo is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (sales, festivals), processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination (pin code), and the selected shipping method. Any available promotions, such as free shipping over a minimum order value, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor the shipment on the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact support@flojo.shop.

Shipping Address

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Flojo is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@flojo.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund. Please retain all original packaging and documentation until the claim is resolved.
