Overview

Thank you for choosing Flojo – Like Nothing Before, a brand by SNS Emporium. This Cancellation Policy explains how to request order cancellations, eligibility criteria, applicable fees, and how refunds are processed.

Cancellation Basics

Cancellations are accepted only via email. To request a cancellation, please email support@flojo.shop with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm receipt and inform you whether the order can be cancelled.

Eligibility for Cancellation

An order may be eligible for cancellation if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we will attempt to cancel and refund the amount (subject to fees below).
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible — in this case please follow our Returns process after delivery.

Cancellation Fee & Tax

A cancellation charge of 2% of the order value will be applied to all cancelled orders. In addition to the 2% charge, 18% tax on that charge will be deducted. This combined deduction (2% + 18% tax on the 2% charge) will be shown on your refund notification.

Example: For an order of ₹1,000, the cancellation fee is ₹20 (2%), and tax on that fee is ₹3.60 (18% of ₹20). The total deduction would be ₹23.60 from the refundable amount.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email support@flojo.shop with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our team will acknowledge your request and confirm whether the order is cancellable (i.e., not yet dispatched).
  3. If cancellable, we will process the cancellation and initiate the refund after deducting applicable fees and taxes.

Please retain your order confirmation and any correspondence until the cancellation and refund are complete.

Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation is approved and processed, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Refunds will reflect the deducted cancellation fee and tax where applicable. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the cancellation is due to our error.

If the Order Has Been Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, please receive the shipment and follow our Returns process (if eligible) to return the item for a refund according to our Shipping policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flojo.shop with photos of the damage and packaging.

For valid damaged/defective claims we will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Warranty

Flojo products include a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, improper cleaning/storage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. To claim warranty service, contact support with order details and defect description.
